At 10.30am Aiman, Alisa and I went out for the ingredients;flour,cheese,yeast etc.I started making the dough at 2pm. Rest it until double of its volume. Don't forget to cover the dough so that it won't dry out:)
Dough made for 2 pizzas, second pic - cover the dough and let it rest for about 1 hr
After that, start to make the topping. Blend few tomatoes and saute until thickening for the sauce (there are plenty of them available in the market, but i prefer homemade sauce). Chopped the onion and sliced the chicken into small pieces. Fried until it cooked,don't use too much oil as it will meleleh on top of the pizza..we want it to be dry:)
Lastly, put the topping on top of the dough. First spread the tomato sauce,next dried oregano or thyme's leaves, next is the chicken and don't forget mozarella or cheddar cheese on top of it,as much as you like:)
Don't look at the finishing coz this is my most failure part:))) but it taste yummy!!angkat bakul ok...
Aiman and Alisa helped with the cheese,spreading all over the pizza:) and voila!! the pizza is ready to go into the oven (for about 10-15min,170 deg)...
